In late July 2026, AGICO shipped a complete egg tray production line to our customer in Zambia. This egg tray making system has a capacity of 3,000 pcs per hour.
The 3000 pc/h eggtray production line includes following equipment: an automatic metal dryer, and a thermal oil boiler serving as the heating system. AGICO provides integrated eggtray plant solutions to customers covering the full production process – from forming and drying to heat supply.
40’FR Transport for the Thermal Oil Boiler
How do we ship the thermal oil boiler? Due to the thermal oil boiler’s large dimensions and heavy weight, AGICO arranged a 40-foot flat rack container (40’FR). Before loading the boiler, it was professionally secured packaged for protection, against movement, moisture, and weather exposure to ensure safe delivery during long-distance sea transportation.
