Pulp Making Process
This is the pulp making process animation video made for customers, watch and learn the pulp preparation process in papaer egg tray production, contact us if you have any questions or needs.
1. Pulping Process
Raw Materials: Waste paper such as cardboard, newspaper, and office paper.
Hydraulic Pulper: Runs for 20 minutes to break down the paper into pulp.
Pulp Transfer: Pulp flows into the pulp pool using gravity.
2. Pulp Homogenization
Pulp Pump: Moves the pulp from the pulp pool into the homogenization tank.
Purpose: Adjusts the concentration and ensures uniform mixing.
3. Finished Pulp Tank
After homogenization, the pulp is transferred to the finished pulp tank, ready for molding.
❓ Q: What is the first step in the pulp molding production line?
A: The production begins with the pulping process, where waste paper (e.g., cardboard, newspaper, office paper) is used as raw material.
❓ Q: How is the paper turned into pulp?
A: The waste paper is placed into a hydraulic pulper, which runs for about 20 minutes to break down the paper into pulp.
❓ Q: Where does the pulp go after pulping?
A: The pulp flows by gravity into the pulp pool, where it is temporarily stored.
❓ Q: How is the pulp concentration adjusted?
A: A pulp pump transfers the pulp from the pulp pool to the homogenization tank, where its concentration is adjusted and mixed evenly.
❓ Q: What happens after homogenization?
A: Once the pulp is uniformly mixed, it flows into the finished pulp tank, preparing it for the next stage.
❓ Q: What is the next stage after pulping and homogenization?
A: The pulp enters the molding process, where it is formed into specific paper products like trays, containers, or packaging shapes.
