Fully Automatic-5000 pcs/h egg tray production line is mainly composed of pulp making system, egg tray forming system, drying system, stacking and packaging system. Egg tray production line of fully automatic model is used for production of egg trays, egg cartons, fruit and vegetable trays, etc. Using waste paper, newspaper, books, office paper, and other similar materials contains organic fibers to make paper pulp, then paper pulp is transferred and vacuumed on a metal mold of egg tray, egg carton or other wanted product on the paper pulp forming machine, the formed egg tray product then get transferred to the drying line.
5000 PCS/H egg tray production line is able to produce enough egg trays for 3-4 small chicken farm or 2 medium scale chicken farm, high degree of automation makes this production line with less labor cost and less fuel cost, multi-layer metal drying line makes good use of the heat than the traditional civil engineering brick drying line and single layer metal drying.
